He sort of likes the fierce flicker in her eyes. That's good to see, it means she's starting to understand. Power imbalances themselves weren't good or evil, but there certainly was a lot of evil that could be done through them. She needs open eyes about the undercurrents that both keep society functioning and threaten the things she holds dear.
